- Worth Pondering
A constant prayer of mine is to know truth. My heart daily hungers for revelation of the truth, which is kept and held in the secret place of God's Word. I want to know Truth Himself, so that I may live and move and have my being in the grace, by which, I have been recreated in Christ Jesus. I have come to learn that in my knowing Him, I am then, and only then, able to know myself. Here in this Worth Pondering section I want to share with you some of the simple truths the Lord has made known to me. Be sure to check back often because I will be constantly adding additional truths. I encourage you to mediatate upon these truths, so that by the enlightening power of the Holy Spirit, you clearly see yourself just as God our Father sees you.
The Truth is:
The identity of being the righteousness of God in Christ (2nd. Corinthians 5:21), is the key revelation within grace (Galatians 2:21). It is the key that unlocks the door to dominion over sin, sickness, disease, poverty, and all the power of the enemy ( Matthew 16: 19), and gives entrance into victory.
The best preparation for moving ahead into your God-given destiny is to carry out today's duties with excellence.
Procrastination refuses to open the door when opportunity knocks, infects your dreams with a terminal disease, and robs you of all your victories in Christ.
Religion is the pointed finger of condemnation, but the Gospel is the open and welcoming arms of God's love.
Grace is always grace and grace is always the answer because grace is always the finished work of Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
The promises of God are the revelation of our identity in Christ.
A spiritual correction cannot be brought about with natural effort, however, natural situations can be turned around by spiritual power. Therefore, the solution to all circumstances is the prayer of the righteous; a power that is dynamic in all its workings.
Grace has fully satisfied the requirememnts of the Law; setting us completely free from trying to attain God's favor by personal performance.
Grace, and all the wondrous blessings therein, always is and will forever be a free gift because the reality of grace is -
God doing for us what we could never do for ourselves.
To be spiritually educated beyond our level of obedience - is to have a head puffed up with knowledge and a heart void of love.
Information is powerless to bring about transformation if information lacks revelation.
When a desired blessing is not yet firmly in your hand, be sure to securely take hold of it in your heart and your mouth.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ is seen as we gain the revelation that He became, so that we may become.
The blessings of God are simply a matter of believing and receiving. They are never the self-effort of working and earning.
The most difficult, but yet most beneficial thing you will ever do is to be honest about the motivation in your heart, which is directing the actions of your life.
If it is God's will for us to bear burdens upon our shoulders,then why did Jesus bear the cross?
It has often been said if there is a need then sow a seed. That sounds good, but the good news of the Gospel reveals that Jesus is the one seed that was sown to meet all our need.
Being a son of God has nothing to do with being the best man you can be, but it is being led of the Holy Spirit, so that God can do His best through you.
Prayer is a gift that God gave to man, but boldly calling things that are not as though they were is the inherited right and power given to recreated, born again sons of God.
We must dare to believe God, and therefore, never allow the present situation to define our location, for our lives are hidden with Christ in God.
The unconditional love of God accepts you for who and what you are, and the amazing grace of God recreates you into who and what He has planned for you to be.
You are God's house. He drew the blueprints, He worked the construction, and now the upkeep and maintanance is His also.
Dare to believe God. He has dared to believe in you.
